So, we started our "Virtual School" experience with Abby last Fall, and I've wanted to keep a sort of video log of Abby's progress along the way. Unfortunately, we haven't been good at keeping up with the video updates!

Here's a video from some time in August (last year), just before we started the online Kindergarten courses (through WAVA- Washington Virtual Academy). Here, she is reading words from flashcards. Dan was so impressed, I thought he was going to cry! I guess he doesn't get to see all of her coolness as much as I do, since I spend all day with her. He cracks me up because he is constantly telling people, "She's only in Kindergarten, and she can READ!" (I haven't had the heart to tell him that most kindergarteners can read, at least a little; I'll just let him think that his daughter is a genius for a while longer!)
